He kōrero mō te tūranga The Role

This role is responsible for providing daily administration support in our maintenance team. No two days will be the same as there will be a variety of day-to-day tasks you will need to be able to respond promptly to urgent maintenance queries and requests assist with the completion of planned maintenance and cleaning of properties and maintain accurate and up-to-date information on repairs and installations in line with regulatory requirement.

The role requires that you have great initiative and thrive in situations that require you to think on your feet.

Empathetic proactive and open to working in a multicultural environment. You will have exceptional communication skills you must be well-presented friendly and helpful. You are an experienced office administrator who is confident in dealing with all aspects of office and business administration.

What you will need for this role:

Previous office administration/customer service experience is a must

Possess a compassionate and non-judgmental attitude

Superb communication problem solving and organisational skills

Ability to pick up new tasks quickly and have initiative

Fully conversant with all Microsoft applications (Office 365 Word Excel Outlook).

Commitment and ability to apply the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi

All applicants must have New Zealand Residency a full and clean drivers licence and a clean police record.
