Job Summary

As a Finance Officer you willberesponsible fordeliveringaccurate efficient andtimelyfinancial processing across all aspects of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) on behalf of PHF Science and associated entities.

This position ensuresfinancial data supportsstrong internal controls and contributesto effective cashflow management.It also provides high quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders resolves queries proactively and supports continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.

Kiaangitukoe About you

To be successful in this role you will have the following:

  • Minimum 3 years experience working in a finance or accounting team with handson responsibility for accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office particularly Excel (e.g. formulas data validation pivot tables reconciliations) and Word for professional documentation.

  • Working knowledge of accounting systems and financial workflows; experience with Workday or similar ERP systems is highly desirable.

  • Understanding of banking platforms and electronic payment processes including reconciliations and transaction monitoring.

  • Strong organisational and timemanagement skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fastpaced finance environment.

  • High levelof numerical accuracy and analytical capability with the ability toidentifyissues interpret financial information and apply sound problemsolving skills.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality ensuring completeness and accuracy of all financial transactions and records.
