Location: Cincinnati OH
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule:

• 3x12-hour night shifts

• Friday Saturday & Sunday

• 7:00 PM 7:30 AM

• Includes 1 week of on-call coverage

Pay Rate: $55.00 $59.78 per hour

Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Radiology Technologistfor an exciting job in Cincinnati OH.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic examinations per physician orders

• Operate diagnostic imaging equipment in various clinical settings including nursing units outpatient areas and surgical departments

• Ensure radiation safety and protection for patients staff and self

• Demonstrate versatility across all areas of the diagnostic radiology department

• Support front desk operations scheduling and exam coordination as needed

• Utilize electronic systems for exam scheduling order verification reprinting and cancellation

• Coordinate patient transportation using centralized transport systems

• Communicate effectively with clinical staff and other hospital departments

• Activate on-call imaging staff when required

• Report equipment issues promptly to Clinical Engineering and department leadership

• Assist with quality assurance activities regulatory compliance (ODH Joint Commission) and departmental audits

• Support supply ordering staff scheduling and operational workflows

• Assist and mentor Radiologic Technology students as needed

• Maintain confidentiality and appropriate access to patient records in accordance with departmental and organizational policies

• Remain available for additional assignments as required by operational needs

Required Skills & Experience

• Knowledge of medical terminology

• Understanding of isolation protocols and sterile techniques

• Strong patient positioning skills

• Proficiency in operating X-ray equipment and related imaging systems

Education Requirements

• Graduate of an ARRT-accredited Radiologic Technology program

Certifications & Licensure

• ARRT Certification (Required)

• BLS American Heart Association (Required)
