What you will do
As the Senior Strategic Communications Specialist you will be responsible for enhancing strategic communication efforts to support divisional business initiatives and strategies to engage internal this role you will work closely with the communication team to develop and execute communication plans craft engaging content and ensure our messaging is consistent clear and resonates with our audiences.
Responsibilities
- Plan create and distribute clear effective communications across global divisional channels ensuring the right message reaches the right audience.
- Write edit and proofread internal content while maintaining a consistent compelling brand voice.
- Lead creation of content related to employee communications such as videos articles podcasts and other multimedia.
- Design or assist with the development of presentations adhering to corporate brand standards.
- Manage content calendars timelines and libraries to keep projects organized and on track.
- Coordinate urgent and business-critical communications with accuracy and speed.
- Create and maintain intranet sites to ensure employees know where to find relevant information.
- Maintain and update distribution lists to ensure information is current and targeted.
- Support communication processes and protocols recommending improvements when needed.
- Monitor communication performance and use insights to improve engagement.
- Serve as a brand ambassador and support divisional DE&I storytelling including the Inclusion Council and ERG visibility.
- Bring initiative organization and fresh ideas staying current on communication tools trends and best practices.
What you need
Required qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field
- 2 years of experience in communications or marketing or equivalent
- Experience in developing and delivering clear engaging communications across multiple formats and channels
- Experience working with Microsoft PowerPoint and Marketo
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
$69100- $107500 salary plus bonus eligible benefits. Individual pay is based on skills experience and other relevant factors.
Travel Percentage: 10%
