REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelors degree / or associate degree; plus 6 years of business human resources or related experience.
Skills: Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal. Highly organized with strong time management leadership and decision making abilities. Demonstrates effective collaboration and problem solving. Excels in identifying root causes and developing sustainable practical solutions while incorporating stakeholder input. Ability to manage to project deadlines. Comfortable working across all levels of the health system including executive leadership. Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite coupled with Multi-state Tax experience.
Years of Experience: Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in Payroll or related field. Experience with PA and OH local taxes required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelors degree / or masters degree; plus 7 years of business human resources or related experience.
Skills: Advanced user in Microsoft Office Suite Business Intelligence experience extensive Multi-state Tax and year-end reporting experience Project Management experience and ERP experience (Workday experience preferred).
Years of Experience: 7 years of experience preferred
Certification: Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) Accounting Project Management or Business Intelligence certification preferred
WORKING CONDITIONS
Physical Demands: May be required to lift or carry light equipment or supplies occasionally. Requires long durations of computer work which may entail sitting or standing for long periods.
