Location Details: Tempe AZ

At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time; others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days)and some work entirely remotely.

This is a hybrid position. Youll divide your time between working remotely from your home and an office so you should live within commuting distance. Hybrid teams may work in-office as much as a few times a week or as little as once a month or quarter as decided by leadership. What youll get to do...

• Strategic Roadmap Development:Execute the roadmap for ourCareproductsaligning with broader Digital customer interaction paradigms in the age of AI toenhance user engagement and satisfaction.
• Customer-Centric Innovation:Collaborate closely with the Customer Care team toidentifypain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Product Development & Experimentation:Define and refine product requirements conceptualizing and testing ideas to create transformative customer hypotheses and conduct experiments tooptimizeboth customer experience and business outcomes.
• Agile Mindset:Providedirectiontothe scrum team with clear actionable requirements and planning including coordination withengineeringto ensuretimelyand successful product delivery.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication:Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to communicate and evangelize the productfeatures andachievebusiness a culture of collaboration and innovation across the organization.
• Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence:Stay abreast of industry trends competitive landscape and emerging technologies in the AI domain.

Your experience should include...

• 5years experienceas a Product manager developing and launching digital productsand/orplatformenablementin a fast-paced environment.
• Proven success in being responsible for the product roadmap of significant customer-facing features and releasing via the formation of hypotheses and experimentation.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies and has experience driving Agile product development.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions assess outcomes and challenge conventional wisdom. Passion for understandinguserneeds pairing with data andgreat designto solve problems elegantly.

You might also have...

• Experience developing internal software tools used by an organization.
• Software engineering background.
