About the Role
This is not a typical assistant position.
You will work directly with Dr. Sorr as the right-hand and connective force that keeps the business running smoothly clients engaged and the brand experience elevated.
This role is highly visible client-facing and ideal for someone who thrives on energy connection and organization.
Responsibilities
Support Dr. Sorr with daily priorities and practice flow
Serve as a front-facing client experience leader
Coordinate scheduling communication and follow-ups
Ensure an exceptional polished client experience
Act as a liaison between physician staff and clients
Support operational organization and brand presence
Ideal Background
Confident personable and professional
Passion for aesthetics wellness and client experience
Comfortable being highly visible and client-facing
Organized adaptable and emotionally intelligent
Backgrounds may include medical aesthetics healthcare insurance concierge services hospitality or luxury client experience
