Responsibilities:
Maintain Loaner Fleet and process loaner agreements
Answer customer service inquiries and calls when necessary
- Answer incoming service calls and make appointments
Requirements:
Strong communication organization time management computer and basic math skills
Team player with positive energy and an eagerness to improve
Competitive and self-motivated attitude that thrives on goals
Automotive industry experience preferred
- Reynolds and Reynolds a plus
Required Experience:
Junior IC
