An established Auto Body Repair Centre in East London is seeking a bubbly friendly and professional Receptionist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be well-presented customer-focused and have a positive attitude that contributes to a welcoming and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and manage all incoming calls and the switchboard.
Type and prepare quotations accurately.
Send quotations to clients and brokers.
Handle and respond to emails efficiently.
Maintain organized filing systems.
Receive and record client payments.
Contact clients to schedule vehicle assessments.
Assist with basic office duties when reception tasks are up to date.
