Job Summary

We are looking for a System Engineer with 2 years of experience in production application support

system administration and cloud management. The role focuses on maintaining the availability

performance and security of production applications and cloud infrastructure.

Requirements

Production Application Support: Monitor and troubleshoot critical production applications

resolve issues and ensure uptime.

System Administration: Manage and maintain Linux/Windows servers perform system updates

backups and ensure security.

Cloud Administration: Good to have skill set- knowledge of AWS services are preferrable.

Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to deploy applications and ensure smooth

operations.

Should be open for flexible shifts in a rotational manner.

Qualifications:

2 years in system administration and application support.

Familiarity with scripting (Bash Python PowerShell) and automation tools.

Knowledge of security protocols and networking

Understanding of DNS DHCP along with IT security concepts.

ITIL understanding.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus Nagios or Datadog.

ITIL certification is preferred.

Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware Hyper-V).

Knowledge about cloud platforms (AWS Azure) and Linux/Windows server administration.

Required Skills:
