We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant with strong expertise in Time Management MiniMaster OM PA and CATS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end SAP HCM and SuccessFactors implementations driving process improvements and acting as a trusted advisor to clients across large global transformation programs.
This role requires strong functional expertise client-facing skills and delivery leadership with hands-on involvement in configuration testing deployment and post-go-live support.
Lead and support end-to-end SAP HCM / SuccessFactors implementations with focus on:
Organizational Management (OM)
Personnel Administration (PA)
MiniMaster
Time Management (including CATS)
Configure and customize SAP modules including:
Master data
Time recording
Absences
Work schedules
Configure unit test and support relevant SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules
Develop and review:
Functional Specifications
Configuration Workbooks
Test scenarios scripts test cases and test data
Support cutover go-live and hypercare activities
Retrieve and manage data from SuccessFactors Employee Central
Understand business processes and map them to SAP / SuccessFactors solutions
Identify document As-Is processes and design To-Be solutions
Analyze business requirements and identify:
System gaps
Process improvements
System limitations
Act as an SAP HCM / SuccessFactors SME providing best-practice guidance on HR and Time Management processes
Strong hands-on experience in:
Time Evaluation
Time Recording
Work Schedules
Absences
Leave overtime and shift management
Deep knowledge of:
Time schemas and rules
Time error handling and troubleshooting
SAP standard and custom reporting
Support and integrate CATS for cross-module time data collection
Read and debug SAP logs especially for custom TM issues
Experience with User Exits BADIs and custom developments in Time Management
Lead and support:
Functional integration and UAT testing
Interface testing with mapping and validation
Understand and support:
HCM and Time-related integrations
Interface design
Data migration strategies
Proficient in troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
Play lead roles across projects and:
Understand project lifecycle and statuses
Manage risks issues change control and escalation
Work closely with:
Clients
Technical teams
Functional teams
Third-party vendors
Ensure delivery:
On time
On budget
With high quality
Establish strong transparent communication with all stakeholders
Prepare:
Effort estimates
Project plans
Budgets and timelines
Ensure adherence to:

Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP HCM / SuccessFactors
Valid SAP certification is mandatory
Minimum 2 end-to-end HCM implementations
At least 1 year experience in SuccessFactors or SAP HCM implementations
Strong experience in:
OM PA MiniMaster
Time Management CATS
US Time Management (preferred)
Strong understanding of:
Core HR processes
Time evaluation and time recording
Experience working in large multi-vendor global teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
