The Head Educator ensures high standards of preschool education and smooth operations. Responsibilities include teaching supervising Educators conducting training engaging with parents and overseeing daily activities to foster holistic child development.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct engaging age-appropriate classes aligned with curriculum.
Create a safe nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
Monitor child development milestones and provide support where needed.
Supervise Educators provide feedback and conduct training sessions.
Communicate effectively with parents and organize workshops/meetings.
Manage daily operations schedules and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

Bachelors/Masters in Early Childhood Education Child Development or related field.
35 years of preschool teaching experience.
2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of child development and curriculum frameworks.
Excellent communication organizational and mentoring skills.
