Position: Customer Support Executive
Location: Indore Madhya Pradesh (Onsite)

We are looking for a Customer/Technical Support Executive to join our team at a BFSI client location in Indore. This role involves client coordination application support and day-to-day project support activities.
Role Highlights:
Provide L1/L2 support for application and system-related issues
Act as a coordination point between client stakeholders and internal technical teams
Track issues tasks and resolution timelines
Assist in onsite project activities and deployments
Maintain basic reports documentation and follow-ups
