Greet passengers with a warm and friendly attitude as they arrive at the airport providing assistance as needed.- Assisting with check-in process: Help passengers with the check-in process including issuing boarding passes checking luggage and providing information about flights.- Ensuring smooth boarding: Coordinate with airline crew to ensure the boarding process is orderly and efficient assisting passengers as needed.- Handling customer queries: Address any queries or concerns that passengers may have providing accurate and helpful information to enhance their experience.- Maintaining cleanliness: Keep the airport terminal and boarding area clean and organized to create a pleasant environment for passengers.- Good communication skills: Ability to communicate with passengers effectively and colleagues in a clear and professional manner.- Customer relationship: Build positive relationships with passengers by offering excellent customer service and assistance throughout their journey.- Punctuality: Arrive on time for shifts and adhere to work schedules to ensure smooth operations at the airport.- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently to meet the needs of passengers and airline operations.
