Description
Design development and review of the education and communication strategy curriculum and training documentation for all HSPs implemented on the MIS and HRIS solutions
Online Learning Management System support and document maintenance
Provide guidance of the design and development of training and communication materials for working groups information sessions stakeholders and other subject matter experts
Facilitate working group and information sessions both internally and externally to gain understanding of educational training needs in a variety of formats
Create manage and publish project and department communications through the approval process
Consult and facilitate the delivery of technical training relating to MIS and HRIS software and reporting needs in conjunction with other resources including legislative and pandemic requirements (XX%)
Follow industry best practices processes and policies that are required to maintain and support privacy and security requirements.

Experience and Skill Set Requirements
Public Sector Experience:
2 years working in Public Sector in Health Care
Knowledge of personal health information protection legislative requirements and how they apply to developing and maintaining healthcare systems containing personal health information (PHI)
Training Skills:
Design development and review of training documentation
Extensive experience in providing end user customer service
Online learning system requirements support and maintenance
Facilitates working group and information sessions
Management and Communication Skills:
Proven track record for building strong working relationships
Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service skills including tact and diplomacy to ensure client needs are managed effectively
Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to apply strong listening skills to effectively facilitate webinars
Management Information Systems (MIS/HRIS) Experience:
Experience with MIS Solution Report modifications to meet the reporting needs of healthcare client
Proficiency with MIS OHRS standards MMS (Materials Management System) is desired
Proficiency with HRIS Quadrant application HR Payroll Scheduling Leave Management and QSS modules is desired.
