Job Summary

An established and growing company in London ON is seeking a talented organized and knowledgeable Mechanical Technologist to draft and design mechanical (HVAC plumbing fire etc.) systems for commercial residential and institutional buildings. They are expected to work closely on their own projects as well as other teams producing design and drawings for permit and construction.

Compensation

$75000 - $115000 annually to start based on experience and training including:

Schedule

Day Shift 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (M-Th); 8:00 am to 2:30 pm Fridays. Flexibility will be granted to those who need it so long as job functions are upheld. Overtime is paid.

Requirements

Diploma in Mechanical Technology Architectural Technology or related program.
Previous Mechanic Design experience specifically on commercial and residential multi-unit buildings.
Excellent time-management organization and communication skills.
Attention to detail: commitment to accurately troubleshoot and solve complex problems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; experience in REVIT considered an asset

Required Skills:

Diploma in Mechanical Technology Architectural Technology or related program. Previous Mechanic Design experience specifically on commercial and residential multi-unit buildings. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; experience in REVIT considered an asset
