Key Responsibilities:
- Perform inspections and quality checks on tool installations and materials.
- Verify compliance with NFPA 70 and 70E OEMspecifications drawings and TSMC quality standards.
- Document findings non-conformances and corrective actions.
- Assist with root cause analysis and process improvement initiatives.
- Use measurement tools and test equipment to validate work quality.
- Maintain accurate QA logs reports and documentation.
- Participate in safety meetings and follow all cleanroom and PPE requirements.
- Strong communication skills.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
- Advancedunderstanding of quality principles NFPA 70 and 70E OEM documentation and inspection/testing techniques.
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Experience in cleanroom or semiconductor environments is a plus.
- Proficiency with measurement tools (calipers multi-meters micro-ohmmeters megohmmeters gauges).
Preferred Experience:
- Electrical construction experience. 5 years as a Journeyman electrician level or better.
- Computer skills: MS Office Procore SharePoint a plus.
- Previous QA inspection or technician experience in industrial or high-tech settings.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar quality systems.
