Job Description

What you will be doing:

  • Attend trials/arbitrations depositions mediations and other court appearances.
  • Prepare pleadings set up motions and draft legal documents mediation briefs and trial briefs.
  • Manage a challenging fast-paced and interesting case load.
  • Work effectively within a team environment while adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Train in Personal Injury Law if needed.

Experience you will need:

  • 5 years of Elder Abuse law firm experience.
  • Admission to the State Bar of California.
  • Previous experience in personal injury litigation cases.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and effectively manage team members.
