Job Summary
Retail & Banking Technology (R&BT; domain) is a key element of the scalable Tech foundation for INGs strategy going forward. The CIO Office has been in established for some years now and has matured to a great extent. Currently we are supporting the Tribes within R&BT and enable the collaboration with the ING Retail countries which has proven its value with many proof points.
We are looking for acommitted highly organized and delivery-oriented Personal Assistant to work closely with the our Leads in Retail & Banking Technology. The CIO Office coordinates and oversees the strategies and initiatives of Change (incl. Transition) and Transformation Process- Portfolio- and Performance Management Reporting & Data Insights and Generic / Facility business support.
Responsibilities:
The main focus of this role is to support multiple leads within Retail & Banking Technology in collaboration with the other Personal Assistants and team members of the CIO Office. This role also contributes to structuring the broader Retail & Banking Technology domain for the next 2-3 years and will work closely with the Leads in and across the domain.
The main activities in scope for this role are the following:
- Extensive support to multiple leads within Retail & Banking Technology including the agenda management and organizing meetings.
- Organizing (complex) international travel including travel plans accommodation etc.
- Administrative tasks in alignment with the leads for example management of mailing lists HR tasks declarations etc.
- Planning and coordinating (corporate) events including logistics contact with internal and external stakeholders
- Managing communication for the department including management of communication channels and preparing communication for the leads
- Solving problems adequately and with full discretion
- Ad-hoc support for any unplanned tasks
- MT Retail & Banking Technology general support
- Organize and facilitate regular meetings with CIOs and their CIO Offices
Required qualifications:
- Have a good knowledge of and experience with at least three of the following expertise areas:Strategic planning / agenda managementCommunication Cultural and behavioral awareness
- Have a stakeholder oriented approach
- Use creativity to come up with fresh ideas and solutions
- Places challenges in a broader framework for analysis and judgement
- Understand and is able to work within the context of political relationships in the organization
- Have a high degree of accuracy
- Are able to work both independent and as a team member. You need to be able to manage your own work and set your own priorities.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn products and services to address the challenges
- Applying knowledge to organisational demands
- Using the network and takes initiative to create opportunities
- Fluent in Dutch and English
