全面负责投标团队的进度管理从获取招标文件到最终递交制定详细的时间表明确每项任务的内容责任人和截止时间实时跟进各环节进展及时协调资源解决问题确保整个投标工作按计划高效推进准时交付

独立负责项目的全套投标文件编制工作包括商务标技术标报价函偏离表及相关资质证明材料

深入分析招标文件及评分标准制定针对性的应标策略内容框架与编制计划确保响应全面重点突出格式规范竞争力强

主导核心章节撰写如服务方案管理架构人员配置等并对提交文件进行质量审核确保内容准确逻辑严谨无错漏

主动协同BD运营财务等内部团队就服务范围执行可行性财务数据等达成一致保障标书整体一致性

维护公司投标资料库定期更新企业资质项目案例人员证书标准模板等基础素材提升复用效率

任职要求

学历背景本科及以上学历专业不限

工作经验 5年以上标书编制相关经验有商业地产专业服务行业背景者优先具备独立主导中大型或复杂项目投标的经验

专业技能精通WordExcelPowerPoint能高效完成大型文档的排版自动生成目录交叉引用版本比对及数据统计熟悉国内服务类招标流程及常见评分规则能快速抓取关键踩分点

核心能力

出色的中文书面表达与逻辑组织能力能撰写专业清晰规范的标书内容

具备较强的项目统筹能力可同时推进多个投标任务在高压下保质保量交付

工作细致严谨对标书格式数据资质签章等细节高度敏感杜绝低级错误

沟通主动协作意识强能有效推动跨部门配合解决关键问题

注重流程优化与知识沉淀愿意参与模板标准化案例库建设等工作
