About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven professional to serve as a Team Lead in DLJBS. As Team Lead you will manage a small team responsible for data verification valuation report drafting system updates and documentation handling for Hong Kong assignments. You will ensure accuracy consistency and timely delivery of support tasks while coordinating closely with Hong Kong-based professionals across time zones. This is a critical enabling role that enhances the efficiency and scalability of our Hong Kong Mortgage Valuations Teamwithout involvement in technical valuation judgments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team in delivering accurate timely support for Hong Kong valuation assignments including data entry verification report drafting and file management.

• Review all team outputs for completeness formatting compliance and data consistency against source materials.

• Act as the primary liaison between the offshore support team and Hong Kong-based valuation professionals (e.g. MHKIS MRICS CFA CPA).

• Monitor workflow timelines and escalate bottlenecks proactively to ensure on-time delivery.

• Coach team members provide performance feedback and foster a culture of quality and accountability.

• Drive continuous improvement in templates checklists and internal processes to reduce rework and enhance productivity.

• Ensure all information is accurately captured in JLL systems and databases per Hong Kong team requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Real Estate Surveying Finance Economics Accounting or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in valuation support data processing or professional services operations; prior team leadership experience preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to error-free execution.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with database or document management systems is a plus.

• Fluency in both written English and Chinese English is the primary working language for reports and communication with Hong Kong.

• Ability to work independently manage deadlines.

• Understanding of basic real estate or mortgage valuation workflows is advantageousbut not required.
