Senior Growth Marketing Manager SME
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Growth Marketing Manager to focus on our key existing clients (primarily SMEs in cross-border business). You will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven growth marketing strategies gaining deep insights into client needs and closely collaborating with the Customer Success Management (CSM) team. Through targeted multi-channel campaigns you will enhance client loyalty drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities build Payoneers brand influence within the seller community and ultimately foster word-of-mouth advocacy and new client referrals to achieve sustainable business growth.

What youll do
- Growth Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement a comprehensive growth marketing strategy focused on upsell and cross-sell within our existingsellerbase aligned with Payoneers business objectives and True ICP customer segments.
- Execute and continuously optimize multi-channel growth campaigns (including but not limited to email WeCom offline events webinars) to driveseller engagement product adoption and conversion.
- Fuel the sales pipeline by generating and nurturing high-quality demand through targeted marketing automation and customer lifecycle management strategies.
- Maintain an integrated marketing campaign calendar ensuring timely execution and strategic alignment across all online and offline marketing initiatives.
- Key Account Insights & Lifecycle Marketing
- Conduct ongoing deep-dive analysis of key account needs and pain points through research data analytics and interviews to inform product and marketing strategies.
- Design and execute key account-specific growth programs personalized communications and loyalty initiatives to increase customer lifetime value.
- Ecosystem Partnerships & Brand Advocacy
- Forge and manage strategic partnerships with key marketplaces service providers and ecosystem players to leverage collective resources for co-marketing activities and expanded brand reach.
- Drive brand advocacy within thesellercommunity through customer case studies industry events and community management to boost Payoneers advocacy and referral rates.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Management
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success Product and Vertical BUs and RevOps team to ensure full synchronization of campaign goals messaging and timelines.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution including milestone tracking deadline management and resource coordination.
- Performance Analysis & ROI Optimization
- Establish clear marketing objectives and KPIs; conduct regular in-depth performance analysis to refine strategies using a data-driven approach.
- Provide strategic updates and performance reports to leadership and key stakeholders translating data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Who you are
- Background
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- 10 yearsof professional experience with at least6 yearsspecifically in B2B marketing preferably within the cross-border e-commerce FinTech or global payments sectors.
- Core Competencies & Experience
- Proven Growth Marketer:Strong background in growth marketing and validated project management skills with the ability to own and execute multi-channel strategies.
- E-Commerce Ecosystem Expert:Deep market knowledge and established network within the cross-border e-commercesellerecosystem.
- Data-Driven Analyst:Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to use data to optimize campaigns and demonstrate marketing ROI.
- Tech-Savvy Practitioner:Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce Marketo Braze) and digital marketing channels.
