ABOUT THIS ROLE
This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week with occasional evenings and weekends to meet the needs of our team and guests.
As our Beauty School Floor Manager youll play a pivotal role in ensuring the clinic floor runs smoothly and efficiently. Youll greet and welcome guests ensuring they feel cared for and valued. Youll oversee the Experience Desk team managing everything from guest reservations to service flow. Youll also coach and mentor our Future Professionals helping them achieve their goals and grow into industry leaders. Along the way youll drive Take Home and service sales celebrate wins and maintain a polished professional environment that reflects the Paul Mitchell standard of excellence.
