Description

Nashville General Hospital is hiring for a Payroll Coordinator as a full-time job in Nashville Tennessee.

The Payroll Specialist demonstrates advanced knowledge and hands-on experience in payroll processing HR/payroll systems timekeeping and compliance. This role ensures accurate timely payroll execution while supporting employees managers and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and submit accurate timely payroll with required approvals.
Maintain and audit employee payroll timekeeping and HR system data.
Process new hires terminations adjustments supplemental pay and garnishments.
Resolve employee payroll and accrual inquiries.
Prepare payroll audit reports and ensure compliance.
Train and support timekeepers and payroll system users.
Serve as back-up to the payroll manager and perform related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma (Required)
UKG Pro Dimension and Workforce Management (Required)
Five years of experience in payroll processing HR/payroll systems and timekeeping administration (Preferred)
