About the Role
Redhorse Corporation is seeking a Project Manager to support the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA). This role will provide program and project management support across mission-focused initiatives that strengthen U.S. security cooperation efforts with partner nations. The Project Manager will work closely with government stakeholders technical teams and cross-functional partners to ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and aligned with DSCA objectives.
This is a remote position with occasional travel as required by the mission
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects in support of DSCA programs ensuring alignment with scope schedule budget and performance objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between government stakeholders Redhorse leadership and project teams.
- Develop and maintain project plans schedules risk registers and status reports.
- Track deliverables milestones and dependencies across internal and external teams.
- Identify risks and issues early and implement mitigation strategies.
- Support program planning execution and performance tracking in accordance with federal standards.
- Facilitate meetings prepare briefings and document action items and decisions.
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements policies and reporting expectations.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement and best practices across the program.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Management International Relations or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in project or program management preferably supporting federal customers.
- Experience managing projects in dynamic mission-driven environments.
- Strong organizational communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. MS Project Smartsheet Jira Confluence or similar).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance (active clearance preferred).
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting the Department of Defense (DoD) or security cooperation programs.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.
- Experience supporting policy logistics acquisition or international affairs programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
