Job Description:
ThinkTell Junction We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join our dynamic team responsible for ensuring the successful execution of a variety of events from corporate meetings to large-scale festivals. As an integral part of our event planning and execution team you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service while supporting the logistics and operations of events.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with set-up and breakdown of event spaces
- Provide excellent customer service to attendees and clients
- Manage registration and check-in processes
- Ensure all event materials and supplies are organized and available
- Assist in guiding attendees and providing information about the event
- Monitor event activities to ensure a smooth operation
Skills Required:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous experience in event planning or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Physically capable of lifting and moving event equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
