Job Summary

Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Manager youll play a pivotal role in driving growth across our marketplace by:

Leading the execution of strategic sales plans to onboard new vendors to the foodpanda platform.
Introducing foodpandas suite of services and solutions to prospective partners through both in-person and virtual meetings.
Building and managing a robust sales pipeline identifying new business opportunities through proactive outreach and market research.
Negotiating and closing high-value deals with key partners across the F&B FMCG and retail sectors.
Gathering and analyzing market insights to identify emerging trends competitor activities and opportunities for growth.
Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams including Marketing Operations and Account Management to ensure exceptional partner experiences.
Work closely with new vendors to grow and maximize their business on the foodpanda mall platform troubleshooting their problems and achieving win-win results
Overseeing sales & account management growth in achieving business objectives;

Qualifications :

4-5 years of experience in B2B sales business development or partnership rolespreferably within F&B retail or FMCG industries.
Proven track record of consistently closing deals and exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
Excellent negotiation presentation and analytical skills.
Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus.
Bonus: Experience in selling tech or software solutions to businesses.
Experience in retail consumer goods startups or ecommerce industry is an absolute advantage;
