Job Title: Contact Call Center Specialist Provider Network Support
Location: Austin TX onsite
Pay Rate:$20/hr.
Work Schedule: Must be available for any 8-hour shift between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm strict adherence to attendance and performance metrics is required
Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Contact Call Center Specialist to support a fast-paced Provider Network this role you will serve as a critical point of contact for Medicaid providers and clients delivering accurate information resolving inquiries efficiently and ensuring a high-quality service experience. This position is ideal for professionals who thrive in high-volume call center settings value structure and accountability and take pride in delivering dependable results.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide clear unbiased assistance to Medicaid providers and clients regarding eligibility medical claims status and program-related inquiries
* Respond to inbound phone calls promptly professionally and courteously while maintaining call quality standards
* Accurately document all customer interactions in online systems using clear concise notes
* Route calls to the appropriate Call Center units when additional support is required
* Meet or exceed established performance metrics including attendance productivity and quality benchmarks
* Assist with issue resolution and escalate complex matters according to established procedures
* Complete additional tasks and support activities as assigned by management
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum of six months of recent verifiable experience in a high-volume contact center or call center environment
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
* Proven ability to multitask manage time effectively and stay organized in a structured environment
* Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional service-oriented approach
* Ability to follow policies procedures and performance expectations consistently
