Were looking for a motivated bilingual (Chinese or Russian speaking) Call Center Representative to join our growing team.

What Youll Do
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls regarding outstanding accounts
- Communicate clearly and professionally in Chinese or Russian and English
- Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve account balances
- Update customer records accurately in our system
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets

What Were Looking For
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) OR Russian
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortably discussing financial matters
- Basic computer skills
- Previous call center or collections experience is a plus (not required we train the right person)

Pay Details
- The positions starting pay is $15.50/hr
