As our Quality Supervisor at the Mesa AZ site you will lead a team of Quality Analysts dedicated to ensuring that every product meets customer specifications and MCAMs rigorous quality standards. Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily activities of the Quality team supporting manufacturing and sales operations.
Ensure products meet all customer and MCAM quality standards through inspections audits and testing.
Oversee and maintain calibration systems documentation and quality records.
Lead and support internal and external quality audits including AS9102 First Article Inspections (FAIs).
Analyze inspection data summarize results and communicate trends to management.
Provide technical expertise in measurement tools GD&T and metrology.
Collaborate cross functionally with manufacturing engineering and supply chain to resolve quality issues.
Train develop and coach team members to ensure continuous improvement and skill development.
Support ISO documentation and compliance requirements.

What Youll Bring

Education: Associate degree preferred.

Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing and quality control.
2 years of supervisory experience leading technical or production teams.
Familiarity with ERP systems and quality management software.
Proficient in metrology and precision measurement tools including calipers micrometers and CMMs.

Skills:
Strong understanding of GD&T and machining processes.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and solid models.
Excellent communication organization and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working independently with limited supervision.

The salary range for this position is $75000-$94450. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position candidates work experience education/training job-related skills internal peer equity as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state) if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
