About the role

Dan Y Bryn is the home of 40 residents all with individual personalities and different support needs including some with dementia.

As a Domestic or Laundry Assistant you will be responsible for ensuring that a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness is maintained throughout following best practices and guidelines within Health & Safety Infection Control and ensuring COSHH regulations are adhered to.

A great part of this job is actively engaging residents in conversation and having meaningful interactions with them about their lives and experiences.

Skills and Experience Needed

A background of working within a care cleaning or laundry environment desirable but not essential as full training and support from senior staff and management is provided.

Pay and Pensions

• 23587 (12.60 per hour)
• Enhanced DBS which we will pay for
• Social Care Wales registration is fully reimbursed
