What youll do
As a Talent Acquisition Officer youll love what you do and take pridein delighting our employees and guests:
- Responsible for managing end to end recruitment for agreed roles and departments including writing job descriptions posting and managing adverts and telephone screenings.
- Our Talent Acquisition Officer will also support with recruitment open days and campaigns including tasks such as social media updates and proactive recruitment searches.
- They will also play a key role with our early careers programme supporting our Talent Acquisition Manager with our graduate and placement programmes and school partnership programmes.
