Job Summary
The Intern will gain hands-on experience and contribute to meaningful projects in various aspects of the healthcare system depending on individuals area of interest (i.e. Finance HR IT Supply Chain Healthcare Admin etc.). Interns will be able to attend meetings where they will get an understanding of how and why key initiatives are chosen and work with multiple departments on the initiatives.
Responsibilities include assisting with day-to-day operations conducting research and analyzing data to support strategic initiatives collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals preparing reports and presentations and bringing fresh ideas to improve processes and enhance outcomes.
Interns will gain real-world experience in a leading healthcare environment exposure to multiple functions within the healthcare industry mentorship and networking opportunities with experienced professionals and the chance to contribute to impactful projects that improve patient care and operational excellence.

Experience Requirements:
- Experience in the healthcare industry is helpful but not required
- Experience in analyzing complex issues and providing recommendations
- Skilled computer use (Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint)

- Excellent communication skills (verbal written and presentation)
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills required to formulate and recommend creative solutions to diverse and complex problems
- Motivated self-started with strong analytical organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent time management and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong code of ethics and high degree of confidentiality required
- Flexibility with scheduling
- Excellent team player with the desire to learn
