About the Role
Our client a growing commercial solar company is hiring aSenior Project Managerto lead rooftop solar construction projects across a large commercial portfolio. This is a hands-on onsite role overseeing projects from500 kW to 25 MW with responsibility for both execution and team leadership.
This position is ideal for a senior-level project manager who understands commercial rooftop solar from the ground up and enjoys mentoring teams while managing multiple projects at once.
What Youll Do
- Lead and delivercommercial rooftop solar construction projects(500 kW25 MW)
- Managemultiple projects simultaneouslywith a portfolio-level mindset
- Mentor and supportProject Managers and Project Coordinators
- Track and communicateproject status schedules budgets and risks
- Partner closely with internalelectrical and construction teams
- Lead internal and externalproject meetings
- Ensure compliance withsafety permitting quality and code requirements
- Proactively identify and resolve project issues before they impact delivery
What You Bring
- 5 yearsof commercial solar project management experience
- Hands-on rooftop solar experienceon the commercial side (required)
- Proven experienceleading or overseeing project teams
- Strong knowledge ofsolar PV systems inverters battery storage and permitting
- Working knowledge ofelectrical codes and building standards
- OSHA 10certification (required)
- OSHA 30(must be obtained within 30 days if not current)
- Project Management certification(must be obtained within 18 months if not current)
Compensation & Benefits
- $120K$155K base salary depending on experience
