Are you passionate about precision craftsmanship and working with your hands We are always looking for great Welders to join our Production Team in Alachua Florida to build high-quality rotary drilling rigs used worldwide to extract the critical resources that fuel industries and power progress.

Location: Alachua FL Full-Time On-Site Hourly

Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:30 am - 3:00 pm

What Youll Do:

Perform welding tasks to assemble subassemblies and drilling rigs.
Follow blueprints work instructions and checklists to ensure top-quality results.
Use hand and power tools to support assembly based on BOM and manufacturing systems.
Maintain a clean safe and organized work environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Assembly Quality Engineering and more.

What You Bring:

At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
High school diploma or GED required.
Welding certification and a strong mechanical background.
Familiarity with hand tools and welding equipment.
A positive attitude strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime or shifts as needed.
Authorization to work in the U.S. on an indefinite basis without sponsorship

Physical & Safety Requirements:

Ability to stand walk bend kneel stoop crouch crawl and climb throughout the workday
Frequently lift and move items over 50 lbs
Must wear required PPE and successfully complete fit-for-work assessments (audiogram lift test physical exam)
Comfortable working in a loud fast-paced manufacturing environment
