Role description:- 100% expansion role NL market companies with 100 to 2000 FTE
- Book of business is 75-100 accounts valued at 1.2mio ARR
- Complex sale: multi-product (12 solutions) and multi-stakeholder
- HRM Payroll Recruitment Benefits L&D Employee Engagement
- Deals vary from $5k (recruitment) $20k (HRM) $100k (multiple)
- Quota: will be around 400k ARR (TBD) but should be realistic
Unique about the company (that you dont read online):- 200 FTE 40mio ARR 3000 customers in NL & BE
- Heavy backing by Main Capital 12 acquisitions in last 3 years
- Want to become the #1 HR platform for SMBs in Europe
