Size and functions of local team:4 x AE NL 1 x AE BE 10 x AM/CSMRole description:
  • 100% expansion role NL market companies with 100 to 2000 FTE
    • Book of business is 75-100 accounts valued at 1.2mio ARR
  • Complex sale: multi-product (12 solutions) and multi-stakeholder
    • HRM Payroll Recruitment Benefits L&D Employee Engagement
  • Deals vary from $5k (recruitment) $20k (HRM) $100k (multiple)
  • Quota: will be around 400k ARR (TBD) but should be realistic
Unique about the company (that you dont read online):
  • 200 FTE 40mio ARR 3000 customers in NL & BE
  • Heavy backing by Main Capital 12 acquisitions in last 3 years
  • Want to become the #1 HR platform for SMBs in Europe
