Your opportunity

Join us as a Regular Giving Coordinator where you will play a central role in managing Mission Australias largest donor acquisition channel and is our principal source of new Supporters.

This role involves coordinating campaigns managing relationships with external agencies and internal teams and ensuring compliance with approved fundraising locations. You will oversee mail house processes review proofs manage stock for welcome packs and handle invoicing and reconciliation across multiple suppliers. Success in this role calls for exceptional attention to detail strong relationship-building skills and a genuine commitment to creating positive impact.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Coordinate acquisition and retention campaigns aligned with strategic objectives across multiple channels.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery and donor care.
  • Oversee mail house processes including sending files for welcome packs reviewing proofs and managing stock for collateral and merchandise.
  • Handle invoicing and reconciliation for multiple suppliers cross-checking data files and uploading into systems for payment.
  • Ensure compliance and accuracy in campaign tracking approved fundraising locations and documentation of processes.
  • Maintain accurate donor records and campaign data preparing reports and analysing performance to inform improvements.
  • Support complaint management in collaboration with the Manager and face-to-face specialist ensuring timely resolution and positive supporter experience.

Requirements for success

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar fundraising role.
  • Experience with a regular giving membership or subscription programs.
  • Strong project and campaign coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills and ability to build stakeholder relationships.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills with experience in data entry and documentation accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated collaborative and keen to learn and develop professionally.
  • Willingness and ability to travel on an ad-hoc basis for service visits as these are an essential part of the role.

Before starting work with us you will need to undertake a national police history check qualifications and referee checks and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
