The iconic Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort is looking for a Credit and Collections Clerk to join the team.

Situated on 22 acres along Waikikis broadest stretch of sand with 2860 rooms and 17 food and beverage outlets this premier meeting destination offers over 150000 sq. ft. of function space and Waikikis most unique meeting and event venues.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience of A/R and collections
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday this is NOT a remote role
The hourly rate is: $28.30 to $31.28

What will I be doing

As a Credits and Collection Clerk you would be responsible in for assisting in all activities related to credit approval process and collection of overdue accounts. Collects past due accounts through phone calls and correspondence. Maintains files and detailed call reports for collection activity. Ensures credit applications are recorded and processed. Assists departments in resolving billing procedures. Ensures credit policies and procedures are known and understood. Attends weekly staff meetings to go over schedules group arrivals new hotel policies and discuss any problems or suggestions.
