Job Summary

Director of Housekeeping

As the Director of Housekeeping you will oversee all front office housekeeping and guest services operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Youll lead and develop department teams manage budgets and drive operational excellence. This role requires strong leadership a focus on service and a commitment to maintaining high standards across all room-related functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be the operational leader of our hotels guest experience overseeing all aspects of the rooms division and ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction.
  • Your daily tasks will include managing the front office housekeeping and guest services departments as well as monitoring guest feedback and implementing improvements.
  • You will report to the General Manager or Hotel Operations Manager.
  • A career as a director of rooms can lead to opportunities in various executive-level roles within the hospitality industry such as regional director of rooms vice president of operations or other corporate positions.

Education & Experience

Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have:

  • A high school diploma a GED or one year of hotel experience
  • Previous experience in a similar or related position
  • A combination of education and experience

  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.
  • Ability to sit stand bend kneel and lift as requiredwith or without reasonable accommodations
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays if needed
