Summary
Were Morgan & Morgan the countrys largest injury law firm but were not here to be boring on social. Our brand is already known for bold out-of-home and irreverent stunts. Now were building a social content engine that matches that same energy online and were looking for a Content Creator to help.
Youre a creator and an executioner: someone who takes an existing concept and makes it real. You will wear many hats director shooter editor designer and thrive in bringing ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the pre-production and post-production process for social-first content with the guidance of your manager who will provide input and support.
- Provide art direction when shooting on set or while designing assets.
- Shoot social-first content with iPhone; experience with larger professional equipment is a major plus.
- Edit videos with strong technical skill using professional editing software (beyond CapCut).
- Design and create social assets ranging from scrappy memes to higher-fidelity visuals.

- Concept social-first content from one-off videos to evergreen series that feels native to platforms.
- Track and jump on internet trends finding smart irreverent ways to insert the brand into conversation
Required Qualifications
- Strong portfolio that shows taste wit and the ability to make content people want to watch.
- Proven video editing skills (Premiere Final Cut or similar) with a sharp sense of timing and tone.
- Deep understanding of platform nuances (TikTok Instagram YouTube Shorts) and how to tailor content.
- Ability to lean into irreverence absurdity and deadpan humor with good judgment on where to draw the line.
- Strong visual sensibility with an eye for lighting framing and performance.
- Comfortable working independently juggling multiple projects and driving ideas forward.
- NYC-based and comfortable shooting in/around the office and city.
