Job Summary
We are looking for a talented out going sales consultant to join our team of professionals! The ideal candidate is great with people a team player and willing to adapt and learn to new current ways of selling vehicles. You will collaborate with the sales team and managers to achieve business goals and achieve customer satisfaction. Starting pay is based on experience!
Responsibilities:
- Maintains a professional business appearance.
- Maintains a Positive Attitude!
- Approaches greets and offers assistance or direction to all customers who enter the showroom or dealership lot.
- Maintains appearance of New and Used Vehicle lot. Makes sure holes on lot are filled snow removal in winter etc.
- Helps with new vehicle check in off the hauler.
- Stays up to date and certified on all courses and qualifications specified by Ford Motor Company and assigned by DeanArbour Ford.
- Stays current and understands the Federal State and local laws which govern retail auto sales.
- Keeps up to date on all changes in product product technology features accessories and incoming inventory.
- Able to communicate well and follow up with customers.
- Other tasks assigned
Skills and Requirements:
- Automotive sales background preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service organizational and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with computer programs and technology
- Self-motivated goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
- Strong written and communication skills
- Valid drivers license required and clean driving record
