As aSenior Customer Consultantyoullbe the first point of contact for our members making sure they feel welcomesupportedand valued whether they visit us in-branch via telephone or get in touch online.

As a Senior CustomerConsultantyou will:

  • Welcome and support customers in finding the right financial solutions.
  • Deliver outstanding service that builds trust and long-term relationships.
  • Mentor and support a team of Customer Consultants helping them growand develop.
  • Step in for the Branch Manager when needed contributing to the smooth running of the branch.
  • Supporting customers over the phone and through our digital channels.
  • Ensuring the smooth running of daily branch operations in line with policy and procedures.
  • Staying up to date with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Working collaboratively with your colleagues across the branch network and deliver exceptional service.

  • Ability to deliver outstanding customer service either face-to-face or over the phone.
