About the Role

*Please note this role is a parental leave cover contract with an initial 12-month term with the potential for extension.

Reporting into the Head of Partnerships the Influencer Marketing Manager plays a key role in shaping and executing CSBs global influencer partnership strategy with a focus on high-investment partners. This role is responsible for identifying and nurturing impactful influencer relationships that amplify brand awareness drive customer acquisition foster loyalty and contribute directly to revenue growth.

In a Partnerships Team of 5 you will research and activate best-in-class global influencer strategies that are data-driven scalable and closely aligned with CSBs brand values. Your role will be instrumental in helping CSB expand into new markets connect with diverse communities and inspire customers through meaningful values-aligned partnerships.

Youll manage the full lifecycle of influencer relationships from discovery and acquisition to campaign execution event involvement and thoughtful offboarding. Success in this role requires strong commercial acumen a deep understanding of the global influencer landscape (especially across fitness wellness and lifestyle verticals) and the ability to drive measurable business outcomes through elevated brand collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of Partnerships in evolving CSBs global influencer strategy with a focus on high-impact commercially proven partnerships aligned to brand and revenue objectives.
  • Use data and market insights to identify scalable partnership opportunities that drive brand engagement customer acquisition and long-term value.
  • Identify assess and onboard world-class influencer talent aligned to CSBs brand values and growth ambitions.
  • Negotiate commercially viable partnerships including tracked attribution links and performance-based deliverables to ensure measurable impact against key business KPIs.
  • Lead gifting strategies and commercial deal structures to maximise partner performance and ROI.
  • Own end-to-end relationship management with influencer partners building both short- and long-term collaborations that align with CSBs brand values and commercial goals.
  • Actively manage partner performance engagement and advocacy through strategic activations and ongoing optimisation.
  • Lead influencer briefing content review and approvals in collaboration with the Founder and Brand team ensuring consistency with CSB brand guidelines.
  • Manage end-to-end influencer campaign execution across paid owned and organic channels from talent selection through to final delivery.
  • Use performance data to continuously optimise content and campaign outcomes ensuring representation inclusivity and brand integrity.
  • Lead influencer coordination for brand events and activations delivering a premium on-brand experience for talent and guests.
  • Manage influencer partnership budgets across regions with disciplined tracking reporting and performance analysis.
  • Share insights through regular business reviews recommending optimisation opportunities and strategic shifts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to maximise the value of influencer content ensuring effective asset management distribution and usage.

About You

  • Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • High level problem solving and decision-making ability.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the latest trends and eCommerce best practice.
  • A passion for health and fitness.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the retail industry and the Australia retail landscape preferred.

Experience Education & Skills:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of large scale international influencer partnerships across Instagram and TikTok
  • Experience managing significant six figure annual budgets
  • Ability to manage large volume of Partners across various strategy pillars in parallel
  • Demonstrated experience of working internationally managing partners across multiple geographies
  • Demonstrated expertise in PR agency management for celebrity placements and written article publications
  • Sound knowledge of influencer landscape across Instagram and TikTok with major focus on fitness lifestyle and wellness verticles
  • Ability to effectively influence engage and develop strong relationships.
