Join Nextdoor Roofing as a Roof Sales Specialist! We are seeking motivated individuals to drive sales in our roofing division where your passion for quality roofing solutions will shine. Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new roofing sales opportunities within the St. Louis area.
Conduct on-site assessments to provide accurate roofing estimates and solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers ensuring their needs are met.
Collaborate with the installation team to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our services.
Prepare and present compelling sales proposals to prospective clients.
Utilize CRM software to track leads sales and customer interactions.
Attend networking events and community outreach programs to promote our services.

Requirements:

Proven sales experience preferably in roofing or home improvement sectors.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
Knowledge of roofing materials techniques and local building codes.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation for site visits.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to sales.
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
