About STMA Schools
We are a district that serves over 6700 students and employs 750 employees in a northwestern suburb of Minneapolis Minnesota. Our district is comprised of one primary school for kindergarten students three elementary schools for grades 1-4 two middle schools for grades 5-8 and one high school for grades 9-12.
Position Overview & Responsibilities
The district has an infrequent but regular need for exam proctors for standardized assessments AP ACT and other national and regional testing. Training will be provided on an as-needed basis. There is no guarantee of a set number of hours but this application will allow you to be cleared and placed on the districts list of approved proctors to be called on a per test basis as needed.
Date Range:approval and placement on the roster of district proctors is for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year.
Salary:$25/hour.
Benefits:No additional benefits except those otherwise required by law (ESST/MPL).
Collective Bargaining Unit:None. This a non-classified casual position.
Requirements & Qualifications
Must have graduated from an accredited high school or have a GED or equivalent. Training will be provided. Must be able to pass a district required background check if not otherwise employed by the district or have not been employed by the district during the past 12 months.
