This role requires up to 75% travel within the state of NE IA ND MD.
Location: Omaha NE/Lincoln NE
What Youll Do:
- Lead weekly sales calls for regional communities providing guidance training and support onsite and virtually.
- Achieve and maintain 95% occupancy through innovative marketing PR and sales strategies.
- Coach sales teams on building relationships with prospects families and referral sources guiding them through the decision-making process.
- Collaborate with Executive Directors to solve challenges drive growth and meet business objectives.
- Support community events direct mail campaigns networking efforts and advertising initiatives.
- Develop KPI-driven marketing plans and lead targeted initiatives for each community.
- Step in as Interim Senior Living Consultant when needed managing tours lead generation and CRM data.
- Participate in recruiting interviewing and onboarding new sales team members.
- Maintain close communication with the CEO for strategy development brainstorming and ongoing support.
What You Bring:
- Proven sales experience in senior living healthcare hospitality or real estate.
- Strong local relationships to drive business growth and achieve goals.
- Management experience with leadership mentoring and training skills.
- Solid understanding of KPIs ROI and budget management.
- Associates degree in Business Marketing or related field preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to travel extensively within the region and attend occasional evenings or weekend events.
