The e-Sourcing Analyst role will be responsible for managing the processes required by the Global Procurement team under the direction of Senior Manager of Performance Analytics. This includes handling e-Sourcing events (RFIs RFPs Quick Source and Reverse Auctions) reporting and analytics projects associated with sourcing and category management generating various reports and crafting and supervising performance metrics to enable the Global Procurement team to achieve its goals. This position will involve in supporting the preparation setup and execution of e-Sourcing events under the supervision of the Sourcing teams. Managing Sr Stakeholders starting from Kick-off the project to awarding of the business to vendors.

A typical day might include the following:

• Support the execution of e-Sourcing events such as RFIs RFPs Quick Source and Reverse Auctions using the designated e-Sourcing platform.

• Collaborate with category managers and procurement stakeholders to gather requirements define event strategies and structure sourcing events.

• Ensure timely and accurate setup launch and monitoring of e-Sourcing events.

• Kicking off the project with internal stakeholders requirements gathering and project planning

• Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure smooth communication during sourcing events.

• Provide training and mentorship to stakeholders on e-Sourcing tools and processes.

• Handle supplier communications during e-Sourcing events including invitations clarifications and post-event feedback.

• Support supplier onboarding to the e-Sourcing platform and troubleshoot issues as needed.

• Able to complete tasks on time and handle individual results with some mentorship while coordinating with others as necessary to deliver own work. Relationship Management

• Must have a good working relationship with stakeholders in a sourcing or procurement capacity and able to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.

• Ability to identify the root-cause of problems and work with cross-functional team members to develop lasting solutions

• Able to work across diverse stakeholder groups countries and cultures and leverage learnings to constantly improve processes and deliverables.

This job might be for you if you:

• Bachelors degree in data Analytics or Computer Science Procurement or Supply Chain or Business Analysis and Reporting or related degree with related work experience in procurement preferably for a Pharma/BioPharma company

• Working knowledge on e-sourcing platforms (Oracle Zycus GEP Ariba Other) preferred.

• Strong understanding and capabilities working with standard productivity tools such as MS Excel SharePoint and other related tools and technologies.

• Detail oriented and the ability to deliver in a fast paced sometimes ambiguous environment

• Experience in using analytical research and reporting to solve problems through effective story tellingwith data
