The Opportunity: Credit Analyst NIRA
Were hiring a Credit Analyst to support the growth and risk management of Tilts India lending business NIRA Finance. This role focuses on shaping credit policy analyzing portfolio performance and partnering with data science and technology teams to enable scalable data-driven lending decisions.
This is a high-impact role with strong ownership visibility and the opportunity to influence how credit decisions are made at scale in a fast-growing fintech environment.
How youll make an impact
Develop and refine credit policies to support business growth and risk objectives.
Analyze portfolio performance and generate actionable insights through data.
Partner with Data Science Technology and Product teams to translate insights into execution.
Monitor risk metrics and benchmark performance against industry standards.
Collaborate with NIRA leadership and external lending partners to drive responsible lending outcomes.
Share learnings and best practices with global credit and data teams.
Why youre a great fit
4 years of experience in credit risk data analytics or unsecured lending (India experience preferred).
Strong hands-on experience with SQL (required) Python and Excel.
Experience working with credit policies risk frameworks and portfolio monitoring.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear communication.
Comfortable operating in fast-paced collaborative environments.
Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
