Job Summary
Lighthouse Lab Services is seeking two qualified Medical Laboratory Technicians (MLTs) for a full-time day-shift opportunity in Johnson City TN. This role offers an excellent work-life balance with no weekends and no holidays required. Candidates must be credentialed MLTs.
Schedule: MondayFriday Day Shift
Pay Rate: $22.00$30.00 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities
Perform routine and specialized laboratory testing in accordance with established procedures
Operate maintain and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation
Accurately document and report test results
Follow all laboratory safety quality control and regulatory standards
Collaborate with laboratory staff and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
Qualifications
Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology from an accredited program
MLT certification required (ASCP or AMT)
Active Tennessee state Medical Laboratory Technician license required
Previous clinical laboratory experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
