As a Locum Ob/Gyn you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive reproductive health services and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care to patients
- Conduct routine examinations and screenings
- Diagnose and treat various womens health issues
- Perform surgical procedures as needed
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient-centered care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to best practices
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Current medical license to practice in the state of Oklahoma
- Board certification or eligibility in Ob/Gyn
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
- Level I Nursery
Schedule: 24-hour call shifts specific dates
Average Monthly Census: 25-30 deliveries
49-bed facility
Must be able to cover ER calls formiscarriage ectopic or any OB/GYN emergencies
Required Skillset: Pediatrics & OB
Must be board-certified
Paid travel and expenses
